Seventeen (17) small business contractors have
been awarded an IDIQ contract to provide
communications support under the PICS III vehicle.
The prime contractors are listed below. Many
qualified subcontractors are also a part of
this contract. However, subcontractors are not
under contractual obligation to the NIH and may
change over the course of this contract. For
this reason, subcontractors are not listed
herein. As a Small Business Set-Aside, at least
50 percent of the cost of contract performance
incurred for personnel shall be expended for
employees of the prime contractor.
