New Announcements!
1) Please note that FAR Clause 52.223-99 Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors has been added to the master contracts. Task Order Contracting Officers will not need to add the clause to individual task orders.
2) CPARs will be completed at the task order level by the Task Order CO and COR.
3) PICS II Contractors, please refer to the OALM Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) Page for more information.
4) Use of PICS II by non-NIH customers will only be through an assisted acquisition with an assessment of 3%.

NIH Public Information and Communication Services II (PICS II) contract is an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing fixed price and time and materials type task orders. The contract may be used to procure a wide range of outreach and communication support services from among 10 qualified small business contractor.

If you would like a presentation or training regarding the contract, please complete the Training Request Form and email it to PICSII@mail.nih.gov to schedule a time for our Program Support Team to come to your location. CLPs are available for participants after completeion of the training.
