PICS III offers a comprehensive scope, which allows you to have a portfolio of services at your fingertips.

We brainstormed with the best and the brightest of the NIH community to create this contract in order to increase effectiveness and usability.

About Us

NIH Public Information and Communication Services III (PICS III) contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing fixed price and time and materials type task orders. The contract may be used to procure a wide range of outreach and communication support services from among 17 qualified small business contractor.

Assessments:

Agencies outside of the NIH will need to pay a 3% assessment to use PICS III and have NIH OLAO Office of Acquisitions serve as their acquisition office. Assessments will be transferred between NIH and the requesting agency. Details are included in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) under the Resources tab.

Other Support Services:

OLAO is pleased to offer customers other support services contracts including the LTASC vehicle providing long-term administrative support, the NIHCATS vehicle providing conference and travel support, and the NIHBPSS vehicle providing business and professional support services.
